101: Ask your kid to show you how they use AI.
Try: Tonight say: "Show me what you asked AI this week." Don't scold. Just look, and ask what they liked about it.
201: Turn on the app's parent or teen controls.
Try: In your child's AI app, open Settings and look for parental controls, teen settings or family link. Set age limits together.
301: Write your family's AI rules together.
Try: "Help me write a one-page AI agreement for my 12-year-old: what's okay, what needs a grown-up, what we never share." Edit it with your child and stick it on the fridge.
